As every little care is taken to keep the clan a clean and pleasant place for everyone, we cannot tolerate individuals who are poor in manners and conduct. Inactive members also may be kicked without warning.

Donate the Right Troops as Per Request

Each and everyone must donate the right troops that the requester demands. Any person who donates the wrong troop(s) MUST apologize as soon as he can to avoid unnecessary dispute.

A simple apology can be "I'm sorry, I have donated the wrong troops. Shall I make it up to you?" or "Hey, pal, I have given the wrong troops to you and have realized my mistake. Sorry!" etc etc.

Repeated offenders can be kicked out of clan by a CFO, CCO or CL.

If you have received the wrong troop(s):

1) Do not kick the donor.
2) Do not exchange argument or use foul language, instead, ask him why he did that.
3) Report matter to your CFO, CCO or CL the name of member as soon as possible (via clan chat or email).
4) Do not seek revenge by giving wrong troops to him/her.

If you are unsure of what the requester has requested, DO NOT DONATE. You may clarify with him in the chat. If you have troops at your disposal but are not what the requester wants, ask him if it is ok to give him. If he does not reply you, DO NOT donate. Silence does not mean consent.

Request for Giants, Balloons, Lavas, Golems if you want troops fast, as these are often used by our team mates.

How to get Eldership?

The clan treasures every of her member. But if you think you deserve Eldership, then it really depends on your performance in the clan. Performance is rated based on personal conduct, activities in the clan chat channel and sometimes, donation rates and cup counts.

Only Chief Clan Officers (CCO) and Clan Field Officers (CFO) can promote you. Do not ask for Eldership from other Elders and Clan Leader as they are not authorized to do so.

Once you are promoted as an Elder, you are to submit by email your profile picture (self portrait is recommended) to the Clan. Any new Elders who fails to submit the photo will be demoted back to a normal member within 10 calendar days. Photo must be a creation of your own (copyright issue). Photos with relics and characters of Clash of Clans, logos, trademark and symbol of an organization will not be accepted.

What is an Elder suppose to do?

Elders are authorized to recruit new members, accept new members to the clan and kick Banned Members without fail.

Elders are not allowed to kick other members UNLESS the member has used foul language(s) against other members of the clan and/or used a fair amount of text repetition (SPAMMING). A warning is recommended rather than kicking. Otherwise kicking should be executed without fail if the Elder deems "too much" in order to uphold the clan's interest.

New members recruited by any Elder belong to the clan. If the recruitment is made by error, be polite to the recruit and kick him with an apology note.

How to be a Clan Field Officer and what may be his roles?

There are 2 ways to become a Nominee for  the leader of the team:

1) Self-Nominated: Elders who stay long enough with the clan, are active and have good quality in leaderships may apply to be candidates for the role (CFO in short). Request can be made via the clan chat or here stating how you may improve the quality of the clan. Once approved by the CL, CCO or CFOs,

2) Clan Leader Nominated: Elders who have been observed with the quality of leaderships may be nominated by the clan leader.

What to do once the nomination is done?

Once nominated, the Nominee's name will be published in the clan chat and clan mail for the clan's consideration. Clan members, Elders and other CFOs including the Nominee himself, have the right to object (disagree) such nomination within 5 calendar days during consideration period. Objections should include reasons. If there is no objection or objection contains insufficient reasons, the Nominee will officially become the clan's CFO after the consideration period.

All objections will be classified and identity kept secret. All submitted objections will be responded and discussed among the leaders. The clan holds the right to the final result. ALL objections should be stated here.

Role of a CFO or CFOCW or CFOR

CFO must acquire a certain level of charisma and the ability to lead others in the clan. CFO must also be observant, and knows who deserves Eldership in the clan. Without fail, the CFO must take special care and show great concern to every clan members -- without prejudice, fear or favor.

CFO holds the authority to boot players who are inactive, has very poor donation rates and poise threats to the clan's welfare.
